HYBRID ATTICS

Hybrid attics are one of our most sought after services for residential attic upgrades. There is no better or more efficient way to stop the heat from escaping the home in the Winter, and stop the heat from entering the second floor in the Summer. Once the old insulation has been removed we can then apply our polyurethane application that completely air seals the attic envelope. But, it does more than air seal, it provides a high efficiency thermal barrier between the conventional fiber insulation and the drywall ceiling. This method provides a break from insulation that becomes saturated with heat in the Summer time keeping the second floor of most homes warm late into the evening. If you have ever wondered why your upstairs is so hot in the Summer time, this is the reason, your insulation has gone through a process of thermal breakdown throughout the hot day and is now holding hot air on the back of your ceiling instead of resisting it. With the Hybrid method of insulating your attic the results are amazing cool comfort.

Garage CCF Application

GARAGE CEILING APPLICATIONS

One of the most frequent questions that our customers ask, is if we can really make a difference with they're living space over the garage. As you can see we are not afraid to remove a little drywall if necessary. This particular garage ceiling was 2" inches of Portland cement. When a 4" inch closed cell foam application is applied underneath a conditioned space it controls the problem every time.

Exterior Wall Drill & Fill

DRILL & FILL APPLICATIONS

When the project calls for a fiber application we specialize in this service. Most insulation companies do not offer Drill & Fill Services. We have been perfecting this process for over 16 years. Whether it is historical properties reaching back to the 1700's or residential properties from the 60's we have an application to correct the deficiency. Some of the most common are Garage Ceilings, Exterior Wall Cavities, Flat Roof and Vault Ceiling Dense Pack Applications.
